How do I exchange or return a product?

Returns are free of charge for all orders within France and Monaco via Colissimo, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
For all countries outside mainland France, the retraction or exchange of a product is at the customer's expense (return costs).
For a product return to be valid, it must comply with the following conditions:
- all parts of the product(s) (accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned in their original packaging.
- clean, unworn, undamaged product(s) (excluding fittings)
- original invoice enclosed with the package
No refunds or exchanges will be made in the following cases:
- items returned damaged, spoiled, incomplete or soiled without having been the subject of remarks or express reservations written by the user upon collection or receipt.
- products customized at the customer's request, such as jerseys with personalized flocking (excluding professional players still under contract with AS Monaco). The same applies in the event of a change of number or spelling on the flocking of a player who is a member of the professional team.
AS Monaco has a maximum of 14 working days to reimburse or replace a product returned by the customer in accordance with the conditions below.
Once the request is made and approved, customers in France and Monaco will receive a free return slip by e-mail. For all other customers, the return is at their expense and shipped with tracking to the following address
