Are the items sold on the shop official?

YES. All items sold on the shop are official. Before being sold, each item is checked and validated by AS Monaco. The manufacturers of the products in the shop are official suppliers or equipment manufacturers.

How to find an article on the site?

To find an article you can use the search engine at the top of the site by typing the name of the article or a keyword. The articles are also classified by categories, collections, etc. all accessible via the menu.

I don't know what size to choose, can you help me?

You have at your disposal a size guide for all products manufactured by Kappa, our official equipment supplier.

How do I place an order?

1- Add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart by clicking on"Add to Cart" on the items you wish to order.
2- Go to the shopping cart (bag icon with the number representing the number of items in the cart).
3- Create an account or connect to your account if you already have one.
4- Choose the payment and delivery methods.
5- Confirm or fill in thedelivery address.
6- Fill in your bank details.
7- Confirm your order. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order by our services.

I have a coupon code, how do I use it?

During the order summary (your basket), you have the possibility to enter your promotional code and thus benefit from your advantages.

What payment methods are available to me?

Secure payment by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard) via the 3D Secure system. The banking data are encrypted and the operation does not present any risk for you.

What delivery methods are available to me?

Three delivery methods are available: in-store collection, delivery by Colissimo, express delivery by Chronopost.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been validated and prepared, the Colissimo and Chronopost services provide you with a tracking number, with a link to the interface provided for this purpose.

How is the order processed?

Once the order is placed, it is carefully prepared by our agents, then the parcel is entrusted to the carrier of your choice on average within 24 hours of the order (average time for a Colissimo order excluding weekends).

How long does it take to receive a personalised flocked jersey?

The order of a jersey with personalised flocking has no impact on delivery time. As with all orders, those with flocked jerseys are prepared and dispatched the day after the order is validated. (average delivery time for a Colissimo order excluding weekends).

How do I cancel an undelivered order?

An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To do this, simply contact our customer service department by e-mail or telephone to pass on your request. If your order is in the process of being shipped, you will have to wait until you receive it before returning it.

What if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

If you are not present at your home or place of delivery at the time of delivery, the deliveryman will leave with your package and make a second visit. If you are still not present at the time of the second delivery, a delivery notice is left in your letterbox. This notice will allow you to pick up your parcel at the post office or to give new instructions to the deliveryman concerning the delivery.

What should I do if I receive an item that is not what I ordered?

If you receive an article that does not correspond to the one you ordered (wrong size, flocking, colour ...), you have 30 days to send it back to us free of charge.

Can I return/exchange my order if I am not satisfied?

YES. You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to return it to us free of charge (via Colissimo in metropolitan France only).

Four conditions are imperative for return/exchange:

1- return of the product(s) in its (their)original packaging (accessories, instructions, etc.)
2- clean, unworn, undamagedproduct(s) (excluding fittings)
3- product not personalised (except for players under contract with AS Monaco)
4- product still available for exchange

Three documents are required for the return/exchange of a product:

1- the form giving the reason for the return, the details of the exchange or refund to be made
2- original invoice and return form attached to the package
3- the pre-filled Colissimoreturn label

Can I return/exchange a promotional item?

YES. Promotional items can be returned/exchanged free of charge within 30 days of receipt of the order. The exchange is subject to availability.

Can I return/exchange a personalised jersey?

NO. Any personalised jersey with a different flocking than the official flocking of a player under contract with AS Monaco cannot be refunded or exchanged.
