Refund Policy

Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.


For a product return to be valid, it must comply with the following conditions:
- all parts of the product(s) (accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned in their original packaging.
- clean, unworn, undamaged product(s) (excluding fittings)
- original invoice and return form enclosed with the parcel.

No refunds or exchanges will be made in the following cases:
- items returned damaged, spoiled, incomplete or soiled without having been the subject of remarks or express reservations written by the user upon collection or receipt.
- products customized at the customer's request, such as jerseys with personalized flocking (excluding professional players still under contract with AS Monaco). The same applies to any change of number or spelling in the flocking of a professional player.

 

If delivery charges have been paid by the customer, these will not be refunded. Only returned items will be refunded. Exceptions may apply in the case of an error in the preparation of the order or cancellation of the order prior to shipment.



AS Monaco has a maximum of 14 working days to refund or replace a product returned by the client according to the conditions below.
