When you order on our site with Colissimo from Metropolitan France and Monaco, the shipping costs are free from 90€ of purchase.

Colissimo is a service provided by La Poste offering home delivery and collection points (Metropolitan France, French overseas departments and territories and International from €4.90).

PREPARATION OF THE ORDER

Once validated, your order is meticulously prepared by our agents, according to the order of preparation of the orders, in an average time of 24 to 48 hours.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your package has been picked up, AS Monaco Online Store will inform you by email and provide you with its tracking number and link.

HOME DELIVERY

Have your order delivered to the address of your choice

- Your parcel is delivered to you in person or to your letterbox.
- If the size of the parcel does not allow it to be delivered to a letterbox, it is made available to you at the post office to which you are attached.
- You have 10 working days from the arrival of your parcel at the post office to collect it. After this period, the parcel is returned to us.
- 24 hours before the delivery of your parcel, Colissimo will inform you by email.

WITHDRAWN POINTS

In a post office
- Choose your delivery address from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France (without having to pay your bill at home first).
- Delivery is assured within 48 hours and you are informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email.
- You can collect your parcel within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

In a Pickup relay
- Choose one of the 7,500 local retailers in the Pickup network, close to your home, workplace or holiday destination.
- Delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours and you are informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and email.
- You can collect your parcel within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

Chronopost is a service of La Poste offering express deliveries. Any order placed before 12:00 am is delivered to your home the next day before 1:00 pm (Metropolitan France and Corsica only). Fast and economical international shipping available (Europe).

Chronopost ensures an "express" delivery in France and in Europe at home.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your package has been picked up, Colissimo will inform you by email and give you its tracking number. All you have to do is enter this number on www.chronopost.fr/fr/particulier/suivez-votre-colis.

Your order must meet the following criteria:

- the order must be entered and validated before noon (Paris time).

- the order must be placed from Monday to Friday (no delivery on Sundays and public holidays).

- Orders placed between Friday 12:00 and Monday 12:00 are delivered the following Tuesday (orders delivered in France).

CLICK AND COLLECT

Collect your order directly from the AS Monaco Football Store within five hours of placing it. The service is totally free. Valid only for orders placed from Monday to Friday.
