Colissimo delivers Monday to Friday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).
This means customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Returns - Monaco & France

In accordance with French consumer law, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • In perfect condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


EU & International Returns

Customers outside Monaco/France are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Personalised Items

Personalised or custom products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please ensure all customisation details are correct before placing your order.
