Are the items sold on the shop official ?

YES. All items sold on the shop are official. Before its sale, each article is controlled and validated by AS Monaco. 

How to find an article on the site ?

To find an article you can use the search engine at the top of the site by typing the name of the searched article or a keyword. Articles are also categorized by categories, collections, genders, inspirations and stories, all accessible through the menu.

I do not know which size to choose, can you help me?

You have at your disposal a size guide for all products manufactured by Nike, our official equipment supplier.

How to order ?

1. Add the item (s) in your cart by clicking on "Add to Cart" on the sheets of the items you wish to order.

2. Go to the basket (bag icon with the number representing the number of items in the basket).

3. Create an account or sign in to your account if you already have one.

4. Choose the payment and delivery methods.

5. Confirm or fill in the delivery address.

6. Fill in your bank details.

7. Validate your order. You will receive an e-mail of confirmation of reception of your order by our services.

I have a promo code, how to use it?

When summarizing the order (your basket), you have the opportunity to enter your promo code and enjoy your benefits.

What methods of payment are available to me?

Two payment methods are at your disposal: secure payment by credit card (3D Secure CB, Visa, MasterCard) and secure payment by Paypal account. The bank details are encrypted and the transaction does not present any risk for you.

What are the delivery methods available to me?

Two delivery methods are at your disposal: delivery by Colissimo, express delivery by Chronopost.

How to follow the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been made, the Colissimo and Chronopost services will send you a parcel tracking number, with a link to the interface provided for this purpose.

How is the order processed?

Once the order is placed, it is carefully prepared by our agents, then the package is entrusted to the carrier of your choice on average within 24 hours after the order (average time of a Colissimo order except weekend).

How long does it take to receive a jersey with personalized flocking?

The order of a jersey with personalized flocking has no impact on the delivery time. As for all orders, those with flocked jerseys are prepared and shipped the day after the validation of order (average time of a Colissimo order except week-end).

How to cancel an undelivered order?

An order can be canceled only if it has not been shipped yet. To do this simply contact our customer service by e-mail or phone to send your request. If your order is in transit then you will have to wait to receive it before returning it to us.

How to do if I am not at home on delivery?

If you are not present at your home or place of delivery at the time of the latter then the deliveryman leaves with your package and makes a second pass. If you are still not present during his second visit then a notice is posted in your mailbox. This notice will allow you to pick up your package at the post office or to give new instructions to the deliveryman regarding the delivery.

What should I do if I receive an item that does not match what I ordered?

If you receive an article that does not correspond to the one ordered (size error, flocking, color ...), you have 30 days to return it to us for free.

Can I return / exchange my order if I am not satisfied?

YES. You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to return it to us for free (via Colissimo in metropolitan France only).

Four conditions are imperative for the return / exchange:

1. return in the original packaging of all elements of the product (s) (accessories, notices ...)

2. product (s) own (s), unworn, undamaged (s) (except fitting)

3. non-customized product (excluding flocking player under contract with AS Monaco)

4. product always available as part of an exchange

Three documents are imperative for the return / exchange of a product:

1. the form giving the reason for the return, details of the exchange or refund to be made

2. original invoice and return form product (s) attached to the package

3. the pre-filled Colissimo return label

Can I return / exchange a promotional item?

YES. Promotional items can be returned / exchanged for free within 30 days of receiving the order. The exchange takes place within the limits of available stocks.

Can I return / exchange a personalized shirt?

NO. Any shirt with a different flocking than the official flocking of a player under contract with AS Monaco can not be refunded or exchanged.
